How to use the Guest Post Finder#

1. Enter your topic or niche, such as "project management software" or "home gardening". A specific topic usually gives more relevant results than a broad one.
2. Run the search. The first search for a new topic takes about 15 seconds, because we check every candidate site live. Searches for a topic we have already checked are instant.
3. Start with sites marked Confirmed. Read the quoted proof, then open the guidelines page and read the submission rules yourself.
4. Review sites marked Worth checking by hand. They talk about guest posting but do not explain how to submit.
5. Research each site before you pitch: its audience, its recent articles and whether your topic fits.

Understanding your results#

Every result carries one of two labels.

Confirmed. We found a write for us or contribute page, and that page explains how to submit, for example with an email address, a submission form or a set of steps. We show the quoted text from the page as proof, so you can see exactly why the site was confirmed.

Worth checking. We found a page about guest posting, but it never says how to submit. The program may still be open, handled through a contact you will need to find, or out of date. These results need a manual look.

Some candidates never reach your results. We drop pages that say the guest post program is closed, and we drop domains that do not exist. AI systems sometimes suggest plausible-sounding domains that are not real, and visiting every candidate live is how we filter them out.

A Confirmed label means the site publishes submission instructions. It does not mean the site will accept your article, and it says nothing about the site's quality or audience. 2. Live visit. We open every suggested site live and follow redirects to its current address.
3. Guidelines search. We look for a write for us, contribute or guest post guidelines page.
4. Reading the page. We read the page and decide whether it explains how to submit (Confirmed), only mentions guest posting (Worth checking), or says the program is closed (dropped).
5. Storage and rechecks. Confirmed sites are stored and re-checked on a 21-day cycle, so the list stays current as sites close or change their programs.

Tips#

• Read the guidelines in full before pitching. Many sites list the topics they accept, the formats they want and the subjects they will not publish.
• Pitch original, useful content written for the site's readers. Editors reject generic articles quickly.
• Personalize every pitch. Mention a recent article on the site and explain what your piece adds.
• Do not buy links. Google's spam policies treat buying links for ranking purposes as link spam unless the links are qualified with rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow".
• If a site charges for publication, the link should be marked as sponsored.
• Avoid keyword-stuffed anchor text. Google's spam policies list links with optimized anchor text in guest posts distributed on other sites as an example of link spam.
• Keep a simple record of who you contacted and when, so you do not pitch the same editor twice.
