Does adding llms.txt get my brand cited by AI?
There is no evidence that it does. Public studies so far have not shown a clear effect on AI citations. The file is cheap to add and may help some AI tools, but it is not a substitute for clear, accessible content.
Does the AI Citation Checker run live AI queries?
No. It searches our archive of daily AI answers. That archive is a record of what AI models said on each day, and it cannot be recreated after the fact.
Which brands are in the AI Citation Index?
